What is a DVR?
A Digital Video Recorder (DVR) records and stores video footage from Analogue Cameras connected directly to the DVR. Analogue Cameras are connected using a BNC connector on the end of either a Coaxial (RG59) cable, OR Cat5/Cat6 Cable using Baluns
Based on deep learning technology, Hikvision's AcuSense DVRs have the ability to detect human face, or recognize and extract human body and vehicle targets from video feeds. Thus, the AcuSense DVRs are able to reduce false alarms and improve alarm accuracy as well as achieve fast retrieval of past video clips based on face/human/vehicle classification
