The Hikvision DS-KH8381-WTE1 is a 7-inch IPS touch-screen IP video intercom indoor station with on-board Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and IEEE 802.3at PoE. The die-cast aluminium chassis houses a 1024 × 600 capacitive touchscreen, dual-band audio with noise suppression and four lock-control relays (Max. 30 VDC 1 A) — enough to drive multiple electric locks from a single station. Power-and-data over one Cat-5e/6 run, plus Hik-Connect remote answer/unlock from any iOS or Android phone.

Overview
The Hikvision DS-KH8381-WTE1 is the 8 Series IP video intercom indoor station with a 7-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen and on-board Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n). Built into a die-cast aluminium-alloy chassis with a one-button door-release control, this model is engineered for homes, offices and commercial intercom systems that want a clean metal-finish indoor monitor without compromising on installer-friendly features.
Powered by IEEE 802.3at standard PoE, the DS-KH8381-WTE1 delivers up to 12 W over a single Cat-5e/6 cable and includes four lock-control relays (Max. 30 VDC 1 A each), 8 alarm inputs, RS-485 and a TF-card slot for snapshot and alarm-record storage. Pair it with any Hikvision 2nd-generation IP door station, link up to 16 IP cameras for live preview, and use the Hik-Connect mobile app to answer calls, view live video and release the door from anywhere. Supports H.265 / H.264 video, advanced audio compression (Opus, AAC-LD, AAC-LC and G.711/G.722.1/G.726), elevator access control and supports flush, surface or table mounting.
