Hikvision DS-2DF8242I5X-AELW 2MP 42x Zoom DarkFighter 8-inch Speed Dome Camera 500m laser — IP PTZ Camera
2MP 8-inch Speed Dome IP camera with DarkFighter / Laser, 42x optical zoom and 500 m laser night vision. Hikvision: 8-inch 2 MP 42X DarkFighter Laser Network Speed Dome.
Overview
The Hikvision DS-2DF8242I5X-AELW 2MP 42x Zoom DarkFighter 8-inch Speed Dome Camera 500m laser is a 2MP 8-inch Speed Dome IP camera with DarkFighter / Laser, 42x optical zoom and 500 m laser night vision. Its 42x optical zoom (6.0 mm to 252 mm) brings distant subjects in for identification while the pan-tilt mechanism (360° pan, -20° to 90° (auto flip) tilt) covers the whole scene from a single mounting point. It sees in colour down to 0.001 lux and in black-and-white to 0.0005 lux (0 lux with the built-in illuminator). 140 dB wide dynamic range handles scenes with strong backlight. Laser illumination reaches 500 m, far beyond conventional IR, for long-range night surveillance. Smart tracking (manual tracking, auto-tracking) follows a moving target automatically. Managed with Hik-Connect, iVMS-4200 and HikCentral and compatible with Hikvision NVRs and ONVIF systems. Same-day dispatch from Netview CCTV Leicester — authorised Hikvision wholesale distributor — with trade pricing on stocked product.
