Overview
Solar floodlights are a popular way to light compounds where there is no easy mains supply, but they only work well if the panel faces the sky and the lamp points down at the ground you need to see. Fixed flat to a container wall, most units do neither particularly well. The StarClamp® 20° Angled Floodlight Arm sets the light out from the container at a 20° angle — a better position for both charging and coverage — and works equally well with traditional mains LED floodlights.
The arm mounts directly onto the StarClamp container bracket supplied with it, which fixes into the lifting point of the container's corner casting. There is no drilling or welding, so the install is quick, non-invasive and suitable for both temporary and permanent use. Integrated cable management keeps mains feeds tidy and protected, and the electroplated steel construction resists corrosion and wear on exposed sites.
