The Hikvision DS-7716NXI-I4/16P/VPro is a 16-channel AcuSeek NVR powered by Hikvision's Guanlan Large-Scale AI Models — bringing on-NVR natural-language video search to the mid-range I-tier. Search using everyday English: “person in a red jacket walking towards reception after 4pm yesterday”, “white van parked near the loading bay”, “child running past the front door” — AcuSeek interprets the query and surfaces matching clips in seconds. Two dedicated AI engines run in parallel: one for facial recognition + AcuSearch, one for AcuSeek — modeling up to 300,000 targets per day.

Full 16-channel AcuSeek and AcuSearch coverage with 8-channel facial recognition across 16 face libraries holding up to 50,000 face pictures total (1 GB face-data capacity). H.265+ / H.265 / H.264+ / H.264 video formats with H.265+ compression reducing storage by up to 75%. DecodingWhat is Decoding Capability capability 32-ch @ 1080p (AI disabled) or 20-ch @ 1080p (AI enabled). Recording up to 32 MP per channel (NVR supports up to 4-ch > 12 MP), with 16-channel synchronous playback. Incoming bandwidth 192 Mbps / outgoing bandwidth 256 Mbps.
