Solved Issues:

1 Person
Solved the issue that in Person module, after importing persons and face pictures, the person list
will be empty after restarting the client and server.

2 Access Control
Solved the following issues when adding devices by EHome 5.0 protocol:
In Access Control module, after removing one person from the access group, and applying the changes to the device, this person still can access the access points of the device.
In Person module, after deleting one person who has been added to one access group, and applying the changes to the device, this person still can access the access points of the device.

3 Time and Attendance
1. Solved the issue that in some conditions, the monthly report might be empty.
2. Solved the issue that the client can receive the attendance records from card reader which is not set as attendance check point
