Certified to EN 54-2, EN 54-4, EN 54-13, EN 54-21, and EN 54-25 standards, this control panel is purpose-built for commercial and municipal fire safety installations including offices, retail premises, schools, hospitals, warehouses, and heritage buildings.
Intuitive Touchscreen Management
At the heart of the EN54 Fire Hub is a stunning 10.1-inch IPS colour touchscreen (1024 × 600 px resolution) that provides at-a-glance system status, detailed fire alarm notifications, and straightforward fire zone management. Authorised users can reset alarms, start or silence evacuations, mute the built-in 60 dB buzzer, override activation delays, and run indication tests – all with a single tap. The panel features 40 LED indicators for individual fire zones plus six additional indicators for overall system health including alarm, test, disablement, and fault states.
Comprehensive Connectivity – No Extra Modules Required
Unlike traditional fire panels that require separate communicator modules, the EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller comes fully equipped with built-in Ethernet (up to 100 Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and dual micro-SIM slots supporting 2G and 4G (LTE) networks. Communication channels operate in parallel for maximum reliability, with automatic failover between Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and cellular connections. Two relay outputs (NC for faults, NO for fire alarms) enable direct connection to third-party monitoring software.
Scalable Wireless Fire System
The CIE supports up to 200 addressable Ajax devices across 40 fire zones using the proprietary Jeweller radio protocol with an impressive 1,800-metre open-space communication range. Up to 5 EN54 Fire ReX Jeweller range extenders can be added to cover facilities up to 35 km². The system accommodates 200 registered users with individual access codes and rights, 25 security groups, 80 rooms, and 64 automation scenarios.
Unified Security Platform
Beyond fire detection, the EN54 Fire Hub also supports EN 50131 Grade 2 intrusion protection, video surveillance (up to 36 Ajax NVRs or 492 standalone cameras), and smart automation devices. This makes it a truly unified security solution – combining fire safety, burglar alarm, CCTV, and building automation in one system managed through a single interface.
Effortless Installation & Maintenance
The panel mounts in minutes using the included SmartBracket panel – no need to open the enclosure. Devices are added by scanning QR codes through the free Ajax mobile and desktop apps, with all configuration done through an intuitive interface. Remote firmware updates via Ajax Cloud keep the system current, while automatic self-diagnostics and maintenance reports via Ajax PRO Desktop ensure long-term reliability.
Power & Backup
The CIE connects directly to 110–240 V~ mains power. For backup, it accepts the EN54 Internal Battery (24h) with 5 Ah capacity or the EN54 Internal Battery (72h) with 10 Ah capacity (both sold separately). Batteries are hot-swappable without powering down the system, ensuring uninterrupted fire protection during maintenance.
