Overview
The Ajax Hub (4G) Jeweller is the central control panel of the Ajax wireless security system. It communicates with detectors, keypads and sirens over Ajax's two-way Jeweller radio at ranges up to 2,000 m in open space, and connects to the monitoring platform over two independent channels — Ethernet and a 4G (LTE) SIM — so the system stays online if one path fails.
It supports up to 100 devices, 9 security groups and 50 users, with up to 15 hours of backup battery. Everything is commissioned and managed from the Ajax apps (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows), with remote installer support through Ajax PRO. It runs the OS Malevich real-time operating system and is EN 50131 Grade 2 / PD 6662:2017 compatible.
These are brand new, unopened boxes supplied with a 12-month warranty, discounted because the line is discontinued.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as the Ajax Hub 2?
No. This is the original Ajax Hub (4G). The Hub 2 is a later, higher-specification panel that adds MotionCam photo verification and supports the full current Jeweller device range.
Why is it discounted?

Are they used or ex-demo?
No — brand new, unopened manufacturer boxes, supplied with a 12-month warranty.
Will it work with MotionCam detectors?
No. MotionCam devices send photos over Ajax's Wings radio protocol, which the original Hub does not have. Use a Hub 2 if you need photo verification.
What else won't work with it?
KeyPad Outdoor, KeyPad TouchScreen, ReX 2, the outdoor Curtain detectors, LifeQuality, LightSwitch, WaterStop, DoorBell, SpeakerPhone, IndoorCam and the Takeover Module. See the full table in the description.
Which PSU does it use?
The 6V PSU (type A) or 12-24V PSU (type A). The 12V PSU for Hub 2/ReX 2 is not compatible.
