AUTUMN SPECIAL - OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern the Netview CCTV "Autumn Special" promotion. By using voucher code AUTUMN10 you accept these terms. Please read them alongside our standard Terms & Conditions and Delivery Information.

1. Offer period
The promotion runs from 21 August 2026 until 23:59 on 31 October 2026. Orders must be completed and paid for within this period. The voucher code will stop working automatically once the promotion ends.

2. What the offer includes
a) 5% off by registering - customers who create a free account on netviewcctv.co.uk are placed on our standard trade discount band, which applies approximately 5% off list prices across the catalogue and reveals member-only pricing on selected brands.
b) A further 5% with voucher code AUTUMN10 - entered in the discount code box at checkout.
c) Free delivery on qualifying orders (see section 4).

3. How the saving is calculated
The 5% voucher discount is applied to the order subtotal after your account discount has been deducted. The combined saving is therefore approximately 9.75% off list price, not a flat 10%. All discounts are calculated on the goods subtotal excluding VAT and delivery.

4. Minimum order value
The voucher code requires a minimum order value of £150 excluding VAT and delivery. Orders below this value will not accept the code. Both the 5% voucher discount and the free delivery require this minimum to be met.

5. Delivery exclusions - UK mainland only
Free delivery under this promotion is available to UK mainland addresses only. The offer, including the voucher discount, is not available for delivery to the following areas, where our carriers apply a significant surcharge:

Northern Ireland - all BT postcodes
Scottish Highlands - IV, KW, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49, PH50
Scottish Islands - HS, ZE, KA27, KA28, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78
Isle of Man - IM postcodes
Channel Islands - GY and JE postcodes
Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly - TR postcodes

If your delivery postcode falls within any of the areas above, the voucher code will not apply at checkout. You are still very welcome to order at our normal prices, with delivery charged at the rates shown at checkout. Orders to these areas may still be collected free of charge from our Leicester trade counter.

6. Delivery service and timescales
Free delivery under this promotion is despatched on our standard next working day service where the order is placed before the 3pm cut-off on a working day and all items are in stock. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Next working day delivery is a target, not a guarantee, and remains subject to carrier performance and stock availability. Timed, pre-noon, pre-10:30 and Saturday delivery services are not included in this promotion and cannot be selected while the voucher code is applied - if you require a premium service, please remove the code or contact us.

7. Eligibility
The voucher code may be used by guest customers and by account holders on our standard discount bands. It is not available to customers on our enhanced trade bands (Discount A and Discount B), who already receive preferential pricing that exceeds this offer. Customers on those bands should continue to order at their contracted prices.

8. Using the code
Only one voucher code may be used per order; AUTUMN10 cannot be combined with any other voucher, coupon or promotional code. The code may be used more than once by the same customer during the promotion period. The offer applies to online orders placed through netviewcctv.co.uk only and is not available on telephone, email or trade counter orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Where an order is cancelled or returned in part, and the remaining order value falls below the £150 minimum, we reserve the right to recalculate the discount and, where free delivery was given, to deduct the delivery cost that would otherwise have applied. Refunds are issued at the price actually paid after discount. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Postcode accuracy
Please enter your delivery postcode in its correct format, with a space between the outward and inward parts (for example LE4 8FY). We reserve the right to cancel, amend or re-invoice any order where the delivery address has been entered inaccurately or incompletely in a way that results in the offer being applied to an excluded area. If you believe your postcode has been excluded in error, please contact us on 0116 3800 838 and we will be happy to help.

11. General
The offer applies to in-stock catalogue products and excludes special-order, bespoke and clearance items where stated. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the offer is being misused. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
